Omer Counter (Solid Mahogany Wood)
Laser engraved solid African mahogany Omer counter. The wood is its natural color and has three coats of lacquer finish. Because it is natural wood, each counter will have a slightly different grain pattern and color.
The wood is 3/4 inches thick, and the Omer counter stands 11 3/4 inches tall, and is 13 1/4 inches wide and 3 inches deep at the base.
Included is a brass peg (as shown) to put in the holes for each day of the counting of the Omer.
The 49 days of the counting of the Omer leads to the 50th day, the day of Shavout. Shavuot is the Hebrew name for Feast of Weeks, and Pentecost is the Greek name.
